  • No. The purpose of this Model is for investors with remedial Excel skills to feel comfortable.

  • There is a written tutorial that includes links to other blog posts detailing different facets of the tool. I publish tutorials frequently when I receive recurring questions from buyers.

  • 8 units and up. The biggest impact will be seen on buildings with 20 or more units.

  • You will receive one valid license with your purchase of this tool. The email address entered at checkout (to receive the model) is considered to belong to the valid licensee.

  • I will email out newer versions if there are bug fixes or other improvements. Unfortunately, bugs are part of the development process. If you discover something, I will fix it for free and notify all the other Model users.

  • We are no longer offering this service. Instead, we have switched to a "suggestion box" system to elicit feedback from customers on new features to be implemented in the future.
